Convenience is seen as one of the greatest values in our culture today. Our meal prep is on our doorstep in boxes that have done all our shopping and we just have to mix it together and bake. Our shopping is all online with promise for delivery in two days or even next day and sometimes the same day. Our willingness to sit and wait for a one hour oil change is met on our end with frustration over a wasted hour. All of these things are for our convenience allowing us to give priority to other things. What is it then that we are using that time for? Is our time then freed to help and care for others? Is our time then freed so that we can relax? What are you doing with your time and the convenience we are surrounded by?
