We are excited for your visit!!
Stepping into a new church can feel intimidating, and we get that.
That’s why we do everything we can to help you feel welcome, comfortable, and right at home from the moment you arrive.
Our mission is simple: to speak the Word of God, share the love of Christ, and make God’s Kingdom visible in our everyday lives.
We’re so glad you’re considering a visit! We’d love to welcome you in person.

Sunday at 9:45 am - Contemporary Worship
Community Life Center | ~60 minutes
(118 McMillen Ave)
A family-friendly, modern worship experience led by our Praise Band. Come as you are and engage in a more casual, contemporary setting.
Children & Families
We love welcoming children and families into the life of our church.
On Sunday mornings during Fall, Winter, and Spring, at 9:30 AM, we offer Sunday School for all ages (children, youth, and adults) so everyone has a place to learn and grow in faith together.
During our 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM services, a nursery is available for children as young as infants through kids in first grade. Our caring volunteers provide a safe, nurturing environment so you can participate in worship with peace of mind.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is your church?
The church is located at 2545 Darlington Road and the Community Life Center is at 118 McMillen Avenue in Chippewa Township.
You can see a map and get directions by going to Our Campus page.
Where do I park?
The church has two main parking lots. One is in front of the church building, and the other is behind. We recommend parking in the larger front lot for ease of access to our main entrance and for the large number of handicap accessible spaces. For the Community Life Center, there is one main parking lot in front of the building. This is a gravel lot. You can see these lots on the Our Campus page from a satellite view of the map.
Which entrance do I use?
The church building has several doors. We recommend using the main entrance with the glass sliding doors for easy access to the sanctuary, fellowship hall, and our elevator.
For the Community Life Center, we recommend using the glass doors right off the gravel parking lot.
Where do my children go?
Children are welcome in all of our services. It does not matter If they are noisy or quiet, they are welcome here! If you wish, we do have nursery available for our 8:30 and 11:00 services at the church. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring, we have Sunday School for all ages downstairs at the church starting at 9:30 am.
Where are the bathrooms?
There are bathrooms on the basement level and on the main level in the church. There is a family restroom off the sanctuary that is handicap accessible. There are other restrooms off the fellowship hall, in the preschool hall, and in the basement hall.
In the Community Life Center, we have handicap accessible restrooms right off the gymnasium for men and women.
What should I wear?
Clothes! You are welcome to join us in whatever attire you may deem appropriate. Many people for the traditional services will wear more casual attire, and some folks desire to dress more formally.
For our contemporary service, most wear casual attire.
Where do I sit?
You are welcome to sit wherever you feel comfortable. We do not have assigned pews here at CUMC. In the church, we also have a balcony that you can sit in if you feel that you want to have a bit more distance between yourself and others. At our contemporary service, we have tables and chairs that you are welcome to sit at, or you can worship with us in one of our many padded folding chairs.
Will I be called out in any way?
No! It has not been our practice to call upon people. We want people to feel comfortable in worship without the fear of being pressured to speak or do anything in front of the congregation.
When is communion?
Communion happens on a monthly basis here at CUMC. We celebrate this sacrament on the first weekend of each month. It is celebrated at all of our worship services. If you have an urgent need for communion, feel free to reach out to one of our pastors.
Should I be early?
We start our services right at the listed times above. We encourage folks to show up within ten minutes before the service to enjoy a time of fellowship with other congregants.
For holidays, however, we do recommend coming a bit earlier to find a good seat, especially if you are coming with a group of people.
Where is the church office?
Our church office is not in the church building itself. Rather, the office is located in the green house behind the church at 2541 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. You can reach us Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at 724-843-4828.
How do I get in touch with a pastor?
The best way to get in touch with a pastor is to reach out to our church office Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. The phone number is 724-843-4828. If you call after these hours, please leave a message, and our office manager can connect you with one of our pastors during the next business day.
