“Hi Ho, Hi Ho, Its Off to Yoke We Go” – Re. Allan Brooks – Matthew 11:28-30

Chances are high that this is not the quote you remember. In a world that has us chasing bigger and better things, putting in extra time where we work or leaves us struggling to get by, Jesus invites us to try something different. We are invited to take on His yoke, a tool used for carrying a heavy load, for He says: “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burdens is light.” This is not just an invitation to an easier way to work but a different way of life. Come find rest in Jesus and learn from His ways.
