    “Thank You Crazy Guy”
    Series: Pentecost
You know that crazy guy...the one with the "John 3:16" sign at football games...for some people that is the only introduction to the Gospel that they get. This conversation that Jesus had with Nicodemus recorded in John's Gospel is typically the set of verses that begin to change people's lives, it certainly changed Nicodemus'. So yeah, thank you crazy guy!

    “Our Hands”
    Series: Pentecost
What can our hands do? We can create, fix , break and destroy things with them. We can offer people comfort or use them to put people down. But if we learn what Peter knew, through the power of the Holy Spirit, our hands can heal. Our hands cannot just offer people comfort, they can help people up, show them that they are not alone; send a text of encouragement, or even be the instruments of a gracious act. God wants to use your hands for work in the Kingdom...will you let him?

    “Something to Stand On”
    Series: Pentecost
God never promises that life will be easier if we trust in what He says, but He does promise that He will never leave us. We celebrate these promises in the good times, and lean on them in the bad. This trust is a part of what it means to live in God's Kingdom here on earth.

“Power and Mystery” – Rev. Allan Brooks
    Series: Pentecost
The Holy Spirit is our power source, but so often we are confused by it. We plug in a light, we flip a switch, we turn the key in our car. We may not understand how it all works, but we trust them all. Same with the Holy Spirit, the key, the switch, the power is the TRUST!

    “The Hour of Glory”
    Series: Easter
How do we give God glory? What does it even mean to give God glory? Glorifying God is done when our actions and our being point to Him. As we look through Jesus prayer before the crucifixion, Dr. Dan takes us through what it means to glorify God.

    “3 Simply Difficult Things”
    Series: Easter
What is it the Lord wants from us? Prayers? Attendance? Large church budgets?
The Lord wants us to use justice as a verb, doing what is right; to be in love with mercy and kindness; and to walk with Him on a humble path, following God wherever He may lead.

    “The Broken Places”
    Series: Easter
Sometimes there are disputes in the Church and among believers, but that does not mean the Church needs to become divided. In Acts, when Paul and Barnabas have a disagreement that cause them to go separate ways, the church does not divide and take sides, nor do Paul and Barnabas slander each other's names. Rather, they continue their missionary work to further the Gospel of Christ to the world. Regardless of the broken places, our mission still stands; to further the Gospel of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

    “Everyday Life”
    Series: Easter
No matter what we seem to do, everyday life rolls on. We take each day with the good and the ban, and sometimes the bad creeps into the church. We must remember that while we celebrate Christ's resurrection, He has not yet returned in glory to renew all of creation. And so while we deal with everyday life, we must see out Christ, that He be revealed to you and to the world; that He would be the center of our lives in the good times and bad.

    “Faith or Faith”
    Series: Easter
Sometimes we feel as though God is no longer with us or perhaps that we have lost our faith. All of us experience the peaks and valleys of our faith as we go through life. Sometimes the only way to make it through the valley is with perseverance, trusting God to lead you through, to make a way where there is no way, to do what only God can do.
