There are all kinds of expectations placed on us from family, work, school, government, and religion. Religion can lead to hypocrisy. Just as the Pharisees we have religious leaders who tell us certain ways we are to live and act who do not live that way themselves. Sometimes those same rules can come from our own families. Jesus says we are to live by what he has taught and to be humble about it. What does that look like for you? Do you need to make some changes?
