ABOUT OUR ADULT AND FAMILY MINSTRIES

 

It is our desire to offer the most inspiring and effective ministries as possible to all families and adult individuals.  While many ministries focus on a “ministry to” approach, which is a worthy one, we seek to add to that the “ministry with” approach. This later approach encourages adults and families to become actively involved in their faith as they continue to grow as a Disciple of Christ. 

 

Ever in need of refinement, our ministries for families are constantly adapting as new needs are made known and when fresh approaches are helpful. Therefore, while much of what we do is traditional in nature, we are also adjusting to the leading of the Spirit.

 

Bible Studies, Sunday School classes, Family Events, Circles and Fellowship Groups, each offer us an opportunity for spiritual enrichment and growth for the journey as a Christian.

 

We have been a Safe Sanctuary Church for several years and we continue to train and equip all our Ministry Teams to be sensitive to this vital area of our ministry.
